AN INCREDIBLE DREAM

The last thing you remember is falling asleep. Perhaps you were in bed, drifting off peacefully. Perhaps you were dozing off at your desk at school or work. Perhaps it was another circumstance that lead to your eyes growing heavy. No matter the case, you open your eyes to find that you are freefalling through a vast black void. All around you, a storm rages on. Lightning and thunder crash around your free falling form, rain driving hard against your skin. Abruptly, your freefall slows to a stop, leaving you suspended amongst raindrops frozen in place. Before you, a creature of immense power looms large and imposing. It speaks directly to your mind, voice booming:

"All lives touch other lives, to create something anew and alive..."

And as suddenly as the vision appears, it is gone. You land flat on your back on cold, wet earth. Fields of rolling green grass stretch out all around you and a soft drizzle of rain is falling, leaving the ground slick and muddy. On your person are two strange devices: A phone of some kind and a wooden ball that shakes slightly when you look at it.

Maybe these things will help you deal with the bodies popping into existence around you. Or the angry-looking beasts that are storming towards you. Maybe not. The only thing for certain is that you are not safe here, and you should probably get a move on.

BUSY AS A COMBEE

With the influx of new people, Beni, Jubilife Village's resident chef and owner of the Wallflower restaurant, has been working overtime to produce enough food to meet the demands of the village. Word has it, he's paying well for ingredients. Anything you can bring will help - berries, Sootfoot Roots, that sort of thing...but he's paying premium for Dazzling Honey, an ingredient in a sweet tea that aides in sleeping well and fortifying against illness, and that is wildly popular in the springtime.

There are some dangers inherent in gathering ingredients, especially the honey. Combee, the Tiny Bee Pokémon, produces the sweet ingredient and will have to be persuaded to part with it. Additionally, the scent will probably attract other pokémon, so try to get back in one piece!

SPRING (POWER) SHOWERS

As Spring progresses, light rain showers swell into full blown storms. Wind and rain batter Jubilife Village relentlessly, sweeping across the Obsidian Fieldlands and into the settlement. These are good days and nights to be holed up inside, getting to know your roommates and pokémon partners, and staying warm and dry. The Wallflower has indoor seating as well, should you want a warm meal to stave off the rainy day.

Of course, if you do have to go out in the lightning and the thunder, take care to avoid the potent strikes of the Electric-type pokémon that are enjoying the charge in the air. Even a small Shinx can pack a real punch with so much excess electricity around!

MASS OUTBREAK: FLORGES

A Supply Corps member came back to Jubilife in quite a fright! Apparently, a huge swarm of pokémon that have never been seen in Hisui before now were spotted in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Upon arriving at the location of the sightings, it seems like an empty field of flowers. Except, the flowers keep moving. Dancing, almost. And uh...they don't seem pleased that you're tromping through their garden. Roots and vines erupt from the ground, grasping at your legs. Hope you brought a pokémon, because these flowers want to battle!

These Florges cannot be caught at this time, but may be purchased as a Resource for 3 pts. after acceptance into the game.
